Henry Tilman
Henry Tillman has over 35 years advisory and capital raising experience in emerging markets across Asia with over 25 years’ experience across China. He has both Board and senior operational experience in Barclays (UK), ABN AMRO (EU) and Wells Fargo (USA). Mr Tillman launched Grisons Peak, which advised on over $25 billion of value from 2003-2018. He launched China Investment Research in 2008, renewable advisory in 2017 and Asia Investment Research in 2022.

Rex Johnson
Rex has worked in Sales and Trading of Regulated, Exchange traded products for most of his time in the City of London. Thirteen years within Investment Banking and over ten years of experience across Market-Making and Global brokerages. Rex has been a Board Director of new-start FCA regulated Precious Metals brokerage and is also a Non-Executive Advisor to a Tokenised Precious Metals business. An Advisor to a number of Crypto projects and launched the first Retail focused Listed Derivatives product offering in the UK. Rex holds a BSc. in Financial Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London and Blockchain Strategy at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
