Heightened care is required in dealings with public officials, state-owned entities, customs, licensing bodies and other government-linked parties. The same prohibition applies to improper payments in private-sector commercial relationships.

6. Agents, Introducers and Third Parties
Aiyana Global FZCO may conduct proportionate due diligence on agents, introducers, consultants, suppliers and other intermediaries. Compensation should be commercially reasonable, documented and paid through appropriate channels. No third party may be used to do indirectly what would be prohibited directly.
