Aiyana Global FZCO

Responsible Sourcing Policy

Effective 1 January 2026 · Version 3.0

1. Purpose

Aiyana Global FZCO is committed to responsible sourcing and to reducing legal, ethical, human-rights, environmental and financial-crime risks in commodity supply chains. This Policy is intended to support risk-based due diligence appropriate to the commodities, jurisdictions and counterparties involved.

2. Core Principles

Conduct business lawfully, ethically and transparently.

Seek reasonable understanding of product origin, counterparties and supply-chain participants.

Avoid knowingly contributing to conflict, serious human-rights abuses, corruption, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct.

Apply enhanced scrutiny to higher-risk commodities, jurisdictions and supply chains.

Maintain records supporting sourcing and due-diligence decisions where appropriate.

3. Counterparty and Supply-Chain Due Diligence

Depending on risk, due diligence may include review of corporate identity and ownership, licences, sanctions status, product origin, mine/refinery/supplier information, chain of custody, transport routes, certifications, assay or quality documentation, adverse information and other relevant records.

4. Red Flags

Unclear or inconsistent product origin or ownership.

Unexplained intermediaries, routing or payment arrangements.

Counterparties unwilling to provide reasonable due-diligence information.

Links to conflict-affected, sanctioned or otherwise high-risk areas.

Material discrepancies in invoices, assays, certificates or shipping documents.

Allegations of serious human-rights abuse, forced labour, child labour, corruption or environmental misconduct.

Unusual cash requests or payments to unrelated third parties.

5. Risk Response

Where material risks are identified, Aiyana Global FZCO may seek additional information, require remediation, impose contractual conditions, increase monitoring, pause a transaction or decline/terminate the relationship depending on the severity and remediability of the risk.

6. Precious Metals and High-Risk Minerals

Where relevant to the company’s activities, due diligence for gold and other precious or high-risk minerals should take account of applicable UAE requirements and recognised risk-based responsible-sourcing frameworks, including expectations concerning origin, chain of custody, conflict risk, financial crime and independent assurance where applicable.

7. Human Rights, Labour and Environment

We seek to avoid knowingly sourcing from parties involved in serious human-rights abuses, forced labour, unlawful child labour or material environmental misconduct. We encourage counterparties to maintain appropriate labour, health and safety, environmental and community standards.

8. Anti-Corruption and Financial Crime

Responsible sourcing is integrated with our anti-bribery, AML, sanctions and counterparty due-diligence controls. Suspected corruption, bribery, fraud or money laundering may result in escalation and suspension or termination of business.

9. Continuous Improvement

Supply-chain expectations and regulatory standards evolve. We will periodically review this Policy and our due-diligence approach in light of business activity, regulatory change and lessons from risk assessments.
